"Ourselves in Stories" is a documentary series that delves into the vibrant world of the Small Press Expo, showcasing how artists and storytellers are reshaping culture, one narrative at a time. Offering a glimpse into the trials, triumphs, and transformation inherent in crafting fresh narratives, this documentary redefines our cultural landscape by amplifying voices that often go unheard. Directed by Marjee Chmiel, an acclaimed multimedia creator with an illustrious portfolio that includes collaborations with esteemed institutions like the Smithsonian Institution, National Geographic, and PBS.

In the documentary, my illustrations played a crucial role, serving as section dividers, supportive visuals, and more. These illustrations were skillfully brought to life through animation by the documentary team, adding depth and dynamism to the storytelling experience.
